I am a retired Christian female looking for a private bedroom and bath to rent with kitchen/laundry privileges. I’m active, quiet, clean, laid back and usually in my room watching TV or reading when home. I love to be outdoors when the weather permits and spending time with my grandchildren. I do have a cat, but he is declawed and I have him professionally groomed on a regular basis to prevent shedding. He pretty much stays with me or in my room unless I let him go outside.
