Hi, I’m a freelance illustrator looking to rent a (unfurnished) place in Jersey City that has a <1h commute time to NYC! My current lease ends July 30th. I prefer to stay with women around my age, and I would also like to have my own room. I’d prefer to team up, and I have 2 sweet cats that are very clingy and cuddly (I’m still unsure if I’ll be taking them with me to NJ or leaving them with my ex-partner, mostly because I’m not sure if I can handle 2 needy cats on my own… but if there’s a roommate out there who’s willing to co-parent then I’ll most likely take them with me)

I’m a night owl and I tend to stay in a lot, but I’ve been trying to step out of my comfort zone and go out more; I’ll also be looking for a part-time in-person job in NJ. Looking for someone communicative and easygoing. We don’t have to be close friends (just gotta have the mutual trust and respect that comes with living together), but I’m absolutely down for that if we click!
