Hey everyone! My name is Ayesha, and I am 23 years old. I’m going to be a graduate student at PCOM starting in the fall, and I’m looking to move to Philly around beginning of August/end of July. I am looking for a female roommate (or two) in her early to mid-20s, along with an apartment/townhouse in East Falls, Manayunk, Roxborough, Mount Airy, Wynnefield, Overbrook, Fairmount. Flexible with other towns too as long as it’s a 15- 20 minute drive to my school! My ideal individual rent is around 700-800. A little bit about me: I am proactive when it comes to keeping things clean and organized, so I am looking for someone who is as well. I enjoy cooking and fixing up meals.
