I am a professional musician who is booked throughout the year (mostly busy on weekends) I actually own a own home near Rosemont but am looking for a space closer to downtown because of work. I am very friendly, and people would say I am very chill. I consider myself very clean and organized. I have an agreeable personality and super understanding and accommodating. I don’t think I will be in the room all times since I would potentially be going back and forth every once in a while.
