Hi, I’m Joe. I work from home as a software consultant. For this reason, I require a home with fast internet. I will also need to run an ethernet cord directly to my room. I can help pay for that.

I enjoy meditation, working out and riding my bike. I taught yoga for 8 years and I still love it although the teaching aspect is currently on pause. I go to church sometimes. I hang out in open minded communities. I choose to accept all people as they are.

Typically I do not have a lot of visitors though I would like to be able to occasionally have respectful visitors in the common area and my room.

I am great at keeping common spaces clean.

In the summers I like the air conditioning to be on the cooler side.

I love pets but I do not have any. Well kept, friendly cats and dogs are a plus for me.

I am looking share space with those who want to maintain a clean, aligned and peaceful home.

Orderly restroom and kitchen practices are important to me. Clear and open communication and mutual respect are also important.

I just want a place to quietly live my life. Open to teaming up on an apartment.
