I am a 45 year old man, going through a divorce from a 15 year marriage, not by choice. I am a current home owner but plan on selling the house due to the divorce. I am not an excessive drinker as I rarely drink at all, nor am I a hard drug user. I am 420 friendly as I occasionally partake myself but not very often as I like to stay level headed. Currently I do smoke tobacco but only outside, never indoors. I am a quiet guy and keep to myself. I’m not very socially active and only have one friend that would ever visit and he lives in Merced so it’s not often or for long. I am not a busybody and do not care about the local gossip. I clean up after myself in whatever I do. I have 1 super friendly cat who is all about loving people and has lived mostly indoors his whole life. I generally work 50+ hours a week, mostly Mon - Fri 8am -6pm and quite often a day on the weekend. I am not big on cooking elaborate meals or cooking in general so my use of a kitchen would be mostly food storage or microwave. occasionally I might cook on the stovetop. I have a clean background with no criminal history nor bankruptcies however I am rebuilding my credit as I had a couple year period in which I didn’t work but I am going on 2 years with my current employer. I have 2 adult children that rarely visit but may come by every so often for a few min. Not much else to say other then I am friendly and very considerate of others. I respect quiet time between 10pm -8am.
