I’m a single, busy guy, working and commuting to Manassas. College at USF (2008) and ODU (2014) Non-smoker. Pretty quiet and laid-back, and my partying days are well behind me. I also don’t like to keep much clutter if I can help it. Would like to buy a place of my own in a year or two, but for now I’m looking for a place located not too far from the city. I love dogs and want to get one eventually, but it depends on circumstances obviously. I’m busy most of the time, and am looking for a good, safe, and relatively quiet location with parking and as little drama or craziness as possible…hopefully none. Running trails and close-ish proximity to nature are big on my wish list. I’d prefer a basement apartment with its own entrance. I’m not really interested in having live-in roommates, but who knows? A sub-basement 1 Bed/1 Bath with a private entrance is what I’m looking for. I am looking to move quickly as of 02/25/23.. Currently in Stafford, VA.
