I usually keep to myself unless interaction seems wanted, I’m a great cook, LGBTQ+ Friendly, Very understanding, and my income is fixed so there will be no chance of myself losing employment or being unable to pay my rent on time. I keep clean and I’m not opposed to a chore chart 😎. I’m also really easy to get along with and I enjoy joking around. I’m not the kind of person who throws parties either so don’t have to worry about that. I do like to have a friend over once in awhile though for a night or two or just the day especially my best friend Hailey. I am someone who also would definitely go out for several days on end to hang with Hailey at her own house and if I planned on it I would let roommate know ahead of time so no one worries. I’m super pet friendly but I do not own or plan to own a pet for myself. I’ll help feed kitties and doggos but I won’t scoop a poop box for anyone sorry! Taking a dog for a walk tho? I gotchu fam. I’m also trying to get into exercising more and eating better so if anyone wants to be my buddy on that that would be awesome. I go by Harry (He/Him) and I’m in the process of transitioning. I started T and I just got my approval for top surgery so if you have a problem with trans people as long as you respect my name and pronouns I will not antagonize you about your beliefs I’m not confrontational about that. If you ever want to ask any questions though I’m always down to answer and I’ll never make you feel stupid. It would be awesome if I could find a roommate that would be super chill with hanging out sometimes and maybe getting to know each other over time. I will say though that I do have days or times when I isolate or get a bit introverted it is only because I get periods of time where I need extended time to myself which I’ll usually spend reading or drawing on my tablet in my room. Don’t be afraid to talk to me during those times but just know it’s not personal if I’m spending more time in my room! Also, I’m super conscious about energy and water use so a good thing is I take 5min showers and I’ve never gone past 10mins. Apart from my phone charger I’ll always unplug my tech when not in use if it’s possible and I never leave lights on that do not need to be on unless they were turned on by my roommate. Also if I have anything I can share with the house food wise or tech wise at any time I’m down I just ask those things to be kept in the condition they were borrowed in. I am sporadically between not busy and super busy so if my schedule is wonky I apologize but I promise it won’t affect the household. Im also agnostic (not atheist) so I won’t be pushing any religion on anyone the most I’ll do is ask about yours with genuine interest. If you know how to cook any cultural foods btw and are willing to teach me or like bangin family recipes even, please, I wish to learn. I’ll even set a date and buy the food we need for it if I’m interested 😝. Only thing I absolutely require is a written lease and signed agreement for myself to sign and the ability to pay upfront for months ahead of time if I need to. Thanks a bunch!
