I’m determined to realize my dream of living near the beach, finally! Ideally, I’d love to live in Pierpont area— close to my work, plus I’m familiar with the area. I am sober and would love to find other sober people too. Not a dealbreaker, but putting it out there for transparency! I’m looking to occupy a primary bedroom and share the rest of the space with a roommate(s). I work roughly 5 days a week, and have daily commitments aside from that. My 6-year-old Springer Spaniel is a complete sweetheart! You’ll love her!
