My wife and I are currently searching for a well maintained home to rent for our small family. It would be just the two of us and our newborn daughter. We are hoping to secure a lease for approximately 12 to 16 months and are looking for a place we can treat as our home during that time.

We are a dual income household with stable, professional careers. I am active duty military, and my wife is employed with the University of California.

Our combined income is in the six figure range, and we are financially responsible and reliable tenants. Both of our credit scores range between 750 and 820. We are happy to provide proof of income, credit reports, and any additional documentation needed.

Ideally, we are looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, but we are open to options that may be a good fit. We take pride in keeping a clean and well cared for home and would treat your property with the same level of respect and care as if it were our own.
