I’m a single male 30 years of age looking for a decent room for rent I make good money probably one of the better roommates you can get. To be honest my job requires a lot of travel so I’m home maybe 6 weeks and then I’m gone for a month two months keep my bills paid I’m quiet and clean I stay to myself I do have an occasional female friend but she has her own house I don’t have any pets and I don’t do drugs or drink. The worst part about me is I smoke. And I’m willing to do it outside if need be if it’s a non-smoking household
