35 y.o. Career focused, creative, positive, clean, friendly, easy going. I was born and raised in Chattanooga, and am back long enough now to sign a lease; I’m progressive, open minded, “artsy”, chill but very driven, and seek a roommate who is emotionally mature - to clarify: someone who knows their own boundaries, can communicate their needs, etc- everything is resolvable, but I feel like most of us has a story of at least one “bad” roommate experience…. Let’s mitigate that by being adults and working together!

I lived abroad for a year and feel I have a good understanding of what creates a positive roommate/shared environment. Fun Facts: I speak German, am CPR/Life Support certified, and I am a singer-songwriter-Which is one of my greatest passions. Currently work in Sales Management and play/write/create music.

I’m very mindful and respectful of everyone in the home, and keep my headphones in when I practice.

I do not have any children or pets at this time; I adore animals, and am open to them in the home BUT it is vital to me that you are a very responsible pet parent; Your animals should be spayed/neutered, responsibly attended to- my previous roommate had 2 German Shephards- and I loved them like my own; she also did her part in keeping up with their needs, and was respectful if she ever needed me to watch them.

I don’t smoke cigarettes, no indoor smoking but ok with OUTDOOR cigarette smoking. I am 420 friendly but very respectful within that. No “hard” drugs. So, no drugs. If you’re consistent with rent, consider yourself self aware/emotionally mature and want a positive, drama free living environment- I get along with most people. Ideally, I’d love to find someone with similar values and interests. Please reach out!
