I have lived in Sarasota 32 years. I enjoy people, but I am also a quiet, private person. I am very respectful of others space. I own a double wide in South Sarasota, that my Mother lived w/me in for over 3 decades. She passed away 8 months ago n I can’t afford the HOA fees n other fees on my own. I would like to rent out her half. If I’m not able to do that, will have to sell n find room n private bath to rent. My mobile is in a very nice area of Sarasota, in Royal Palms mobile home park. It has been here many years. I use to come visit my GMa here when I was in high school in early 80’s. Everything on this end of town is pricey, but I am only asking 700 n that includes utilities etc. Central heat n air which that alone runs me 250 a month. I don’t think u could find anything less expensive, will post pics as soon as I can, you may also request pictures of the living quarters.I’m not requiring 1st n last month rent. Just requiring 250 deposit. Thank you.
