25 working professional, looking to move in June 2023. I work remotely most of the time, normal working hours, not a lot of meetings, so I’m pretty quiet. Non-smoker, non-drinker. Easy-going, relaxed, get along with most people of similar qualities, mostly a home body, but willing to go out and attend events and get to know my roomies. I like walking in the city and in nature, watching football/basketball/baseball, and going to theatre performances and comedy shows. Financially responsible, hoping to maintain my savings rate while moving closer to the denser and walkable areas of KC. Don’t require a parking space (living car-free). Tidy, organized, no pets, normal sleep schedule.
