I worked as a RN in local hospitals for almost 40 yrs but have chosen to retire. I do not smoke, no drinking, no drugs, no pets. I have home furnishings in storage and have one Honda car. I like quiet, read alot and taught myself to crochet and am now completing a hook rug. I love to watch all sports on tv. My only son, Adam, lives in Sun City and has 2 boys. His oldest, Logan who is 10y.o., attends private school and is learning how to be a ice hockey goalie and his brother Carter will celebrate birthday # 1 in March. My son is my back-up and provides help if I need anything. I use a cane indoors for safety as I had back surgery 8 yrs ago and I am fully vaccinated for COVID, flu. I am leaving my current “room” in a 2 BR home as the landlady has allowed her adult son, recently released from prison and no job, no car to move in permanently and it is quite chaotic and unhealthy for me so she wants him to have my room and I need to move. She calls me an “excellent roommate” but we have different schedules..I arise early, she sleeps in late, etc…she refused COVID vacs even after having COVID so best I move on. No partying, no guests except family occasionally. Pretty boring actually. Prior to seeking my current room situation, I rented a 2BR house in Sun City for 15 yrs until that landlady passed away and her out of state adult children chose to sell the house without much notice for me. I would like a long term lease if any is offered. I recently joined Planet Fitness but want a water aerobic gym in the future. Thank you
