Looking to down size from current living location. I work a lot, I’m a server for two restaurants. So gone most days and nights. Looking for casual living circumstances. Okay with Male or Female Roomate’s. I have some furniture from my home that I could add to existing or store if need be. I would prefer a team up on an apartment. I am looking for full house privileges and prefer my own bathroom. I am a 33 year old female that enjoys cooking, the beach, spending time with friends and loved ones. I like to think of myself as clean, honest and reliable. I love animals, especially dogs! Hoping to stay in the beach cities area from Laguna Niguel south to San Clemente.
