I’m looking for a full basement to rent March/April 2023. I have my own full apartment amount of furnishings, but not too much so I need more space than just a room. I’d prefer my own area and bathroom cause I’m older and need to use it at all hours.
I’m mellow and have no mental issues, no drugs, no drinking at all. I usually go to work and come home and veg. I’m clean and a minimalist so I’m very tidy and I have the world’s BEST cat who has NEVER caused any damage and most people are NOT allergic to him at all. He’s very affectionate and smart.
