I have a 2/2 2nd-floor spacious apartment in Pinellas Park. Our lease is up in July, My roommate is moving in with his girlfriend. The apartment has plenty of storage in the unit and the closets are spacious. Both bedrooms have carpeting and a bathroom. The rest of the apartment has wood floors. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment. Full size w/d. Our patio is large. I am a private person. Pretty quiet, but I do enjoy spending time with my family. I recently graduated as a Life & health coach. I have a 15 lb male pug who gets along with all dogs. He comes with me to work. I am open to having a roommate with a dog. You would have to sign the lease and go through a background check and any deposit they may ask for. I am looking for someone who will want to stay for 14 months or at the very least 12 months.
