I just transferred to CSUSM and am looking to move into a house/apartment with roommates to shorten my commute. I currently work full-time at a golf/hotel resort and attend school full-time.

I usually keep to myself and am a quiet roommate. I pick up after myself and enjoy living in a clean and peaceful environment. I will follow all boundaries including curfews, noise levels, etc. set by the landlord(s).
