Hey there! I’m currently most interested in renting a room in a house, rather than going the apartment route. Ideally, I’d move in around the end of June when my current lease runs up.

I’m a 42-year-old currently working a few different freelance jobs, and have been making ends meet with $1300 in rent.

I’m responsible, tidy, and keep busy with hobbies like reading, writing, music, board gaming, and multiplayer video games. I’d love to find people with a similar independent lifestyle—those who value their own time, but also don’t mind occasional chats, collaborative meals, or game and/or movie nights.

I also have two friendly cats, so ideally, you’d be okay with them and possibly lend a hand with feeding or litter box duty if I’m out of town.
