Hello. You can call me Jackson. I’m looking to rent a private room with a female roommate…hopefully long term. Either a room someone is renting out in their home or possibly find a place to rent together with someone or a couple of ladies who are also looking.

I’m clean and respectful. Friendly…but keep to myself for the most part. If you’re looking for a roommate sooner than May…I’m willing to move whenever.

I’m not always gonna be home. I stay at my boyfriend’s. So you’d have the place to yourself pretty often. I try to visit my family in Vegas as often as I can too.

I’m a night owl 🦉…but can be
quiet while you sleep.

I enjoy watching my shows and movies. Like to go to 80s clubs…hang out with friends. Go to concerts/Shows. Have game nights. I was a singer in a band a while back and thinking to get back into music. For now I do karaoke at times. I like to have fun and I think music and laughter is a must! I’m also pretty chill at times too.

I have a small adorable dog. He’s kennel trained…but would obviously be with me if I stay the night somewhere else.

I have a 24 year old daughter. Loki is actually her dog…but she’s not able to have him where she’s living at the moment.

I’d like to be able to have her or other company over at times. I have great friends of all ages. My daughter’s closest friends have adopted me as their 2nd mom and I love that! One of my closest friends was a 70 year old woman. She passed away from cancer a few years back. She used to be my mother in law too believe it or not. Yeah…I’m cool like that…lol

I don’t always cook…but when I do…it’s pretty damn good…if I do say so myself. lol When I make a lot of something. I’m willing to share. I try to be helpful whenever I can.

I get SSI every month…so I’ll always be able to pay the rent on time. I don’t get much money tho…so $400 is what I’m able to afford altogether. Which makes finding a place to live not so easy…but I’m willing to help out with things like cleaning to make up for the amount I can contribute.

Really hope I can find a safe place to live with a nice roomie and possibly a new friend! 🤞
