I’m born and bred Philly guy, who has lived in S. Philly for 5 years and would like to stay in the same neighborhood. Ran into some roommate problems (squatters) and covered all rent and utilities until I couldn’t do it anymore, my lease expires on e/31/23 and need to find a place before then.
