I’m an easy-going, 25 year old guy, looking to move somewhere on the peninsula. Work brought me here, but the beaches are keeping me here.

I work on a hybrid schedule in Irvine and will be there a few times a week, and working from home the other days.

I’m a quiet guy at home and respectful of shared spaces. However, I’m pretty sociable guy and do enjoy going out on weekends if I’m not heading off to SD or LA.

Budget is flexible for the right place.
