Howdy. I’m an easy-going guy with self-depricating humor. I’m self-employed and work from home. I don’t smoke nor do drugs.

I love music, philosophy, lifting weights, hiking, chess, and authentic friendships but am quite comfortable living in a cave haha.

I’m selling my condo and need a spot to be while it’s closing before I move elsewhere. I would need a strong internet connection. I sold my car so I won’t consume parking space. A larger unfurnished room would be preferred.

I’m open to various locations.
