Hello! My name is James and I’m an NYC licensed tour guide, looking for places in easily commutable to my job in lower Manhattan!

As a roommate, I’m social and happy to be friends but also adore boundaries. I’m very proactive about living in a clean tidy space and love a chore wheel.

If you need the place to yourself, I have a girlfriend with her own place and I usually stay over at hers once or twice a week.

When going out, I love a good trivia night, concert, comedy show, play or musical. When staying home, I usually play games on my custom built PC with headphones on so you won’t have the Yakuza soundtrack bleeding through your wall. Hoping I can make for an excellent roommate!
