My name is Jeremiah I’m looking to rent an unfurnished room with someone who already has an apartment/house close to the Middletown, Etown, Hummlestown area. I work full time Mon-Fri from 6:00am to 2:30pm, after work i go to the gym for about 2 hours typically 4 to 6 days a week. I am very polite, quite, i keep to myself. I live a very structured, organized life. I am a very clean person with both hygiene and around the house. I purchase all of my own products, never touching anything that does not belong to me. I take up very little space as i have not got much. As far as cabinet space in the kitchen. I keep nothing in the restroom except for my soap, shampoo. All other things toothbrush, razor, etc. I bring in and out as needed. I currently live with my parents as i have been helping my daughter pay for her college the last couple of years. Which now ends in May which is when i am available to rent a room.

I am looking to spend $500 to $650 with all utilities included. I have no need for use of a washer and dryer as i will do that else where.

If anyone out there has a space available and wants to meet up and chat i am free almost anytime on the weekends and after 2:30pm throughout the week.

I am preferably looking to live with a FEMALE, or anyone that lives a simple life really.

I do not do drugs, i very rarely drink alcohol. currently i smoke cigs, but never inside. Only in a designated area of your choice and i ALWAYS clean up after myself in every aspect of my life.

Also i am perfectly fine with a background check, and a security deposit.
