Hi there, I’m looking for a queer friendly roommate to split a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in Northern Manhattan (Inwood, Washington Heights, Fort George, Hamilton Heights) for $2,000-$2,300 monthly rent. Moving out sometime in March, but always on StreetEasy looking for the best current deals. More about me: I’m a musician, audio engineer and singer-songwriter. I currently work in a nice restaurant in Chelsea. I’m respectful of shared spaces and tend to keep to myself at home, particularly after work. I get home pretty late and am a night owl.
