Looking for a bit more space that also includes a Garage (1 car or larger). Even better if a veggie garden is part of the package.

Rural or suburban setting preferred. Active, work outside home with maybe 1/2 time spent in home ofc, willing to consider nearby counties. I practice high ethics (the golden rule) and handy with repairs when needed. Quiet, yet sociable, reliable, respectful, clean up after myself, love animals, single, straight, non-smoker, non-drinker, non-drugger and get along well with others. Privacy-minded, you won’t find me on social media. Stability works for me so hoping to find a longer-term situation if everything is compatible. Overall just looking for a healthy, upbeat and cooperative living environment and always strive for the win/win.
