Hi! I am looking for a clean, quiet and peaceful place to live. My landlord is selling the property where I live and need to find something within the next 30 days. So a little about me: I have a Bachelors degree in Biology and currently in the dental field. I consider myself a kind, considerate and respectful person who enjoys her alone time but am also social and friendly. I work M-F and like to spend my days off with my service dog outside, exercising or home reading. I am hyper focused on my career and creating a nest egg for my future. I am a single (by choice LOL) female, non-smoking, don’t drink, no loud music, would not have guests over or visitors. I live a pretty simple life and am as non-judgmental as one can possibly be. I am looking for a studio or private room w/ private bath, ideally with a private entrance but not a deal breaker. Safety and respect are also very important to me as well as maintaining healthy boundaries with whomever I am renting from. As far as length of lease, I am looking to rent either month to month, or 6 months at a time. If it feels like the right fit I am also open to a 12 month lease. Please note that I do have a service dog and can provide any documentation necessary. He is highly trained and would be in my room, and not around the house roaming freely.
