What I want: Like most of us, I’m looking for a comfortable place to call home. I’m considering sharing a two- or three-bedroom apartment or renting a cozy bedroom in a house. With two or three people we should be able to keep monthly costs per person down to around $700 before utilities. I’m mostly looking around Leland or Southport, but I’d be willing to venture farther afield, assuming the commute’s reasonable.
