I am a male aged 68. I am looking for a single room or house share.

Though retired I keep very busy with involvement in financial markets. My background is in finance and financial analysis. I am also very proficient in the use of computers in financial analysis and write my own programs for data analysis.

I am also very active outdoors. I enjoy cycling, which I use as my mode of transportation whenever I can.

I have rented in Southern Highlands for 10 years, but the house I am in is being sold unexpectedly. I am looking for a residence in this area or in Henderson. It would be helpful to have space for a small desk in the room but I am flexible.

I am mature, independent, responsible, reliable, and easy-going. I like to keep my residence fairly clean. I am respectful of others’ personal spaces..
