I’m Richard, I’m originally from Pomona California but I’ve been living in Claremont for the past year or two. My friends would describe me as easy-going, sarcastic, assertive , and independent. In my free time, I like to spend my time outside, either alone or with others. On the weekends, I often head out to paintball, hike, and cycle. One of my favorite places to go to is the world famous paintball spot SC Village down in Chino. I’m an experienced restaurant cook and I work a pretty normal 2 to 10:30 During the week, I’m usually in bed by 11:30 and up 9 or 10 .On the weekends, I’m usually up at 7 or 8 and head out by 9 to referee at SC Village till 6 then I’m asleep by 10 or 11 and that’s Saturday and Sunday .I’m a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I want my house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. I’m open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties - I would just like to know about these ahead of time. I’m down to get to know each other; I’m not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like occasionally watch TV together and host cook outs for friends. I do not smoke or vape and very rarely do I drink alcohol. No drugs including prescriptions.

I like to keep common living spaces clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized. My monthly budget is $950, and I’m looking to move in sometime before the year is over and a long term agreement .
