Kris & Kash

Hello everyone! I’m a 40 year old single male looking for a permanent room (hopefully w/ bathroom & parking) in any neighborhood surrounding Balboa Park (Mission Hills, Hillcrest, University Heights, South Park, Bankers Hill, Normal Heights, etc) or Ocean Beach/Point Loma. The adorable boy photographed with me is my fur baby, Kash. Him and I are practically inseparable, so you will never have to worry about caring for him. He is mild, well mannered, sleeps often, and is incredibly photogenic. I also have Emotional Support documentation for him. I am queer, so I prefer to live in an LGBTQIA or ally household. I have worked in the nonprofit sector for 10+ years. I have stable income. I do not smoke and I only occasionally drink socially and responsibly. I am 420 friendly but only smoke an odorless vape pen sparingly as a sleep aide. I have good credit, money saved, and can provide letters of recommendation from my previous two property managements if needed. I rarely have friends over (unless I am watching a movie with someone and that can be in my bedroom) and am more looking for a comfortable place to relax. No party houses, no drugs, no drama please! In my free time I enjoy going to museums, relaxing with Kash in Balboa Park, watching a nice sunset, or going for a ride on my motorcycle.
