Hey everyone,

I’ve been living in Jersey City the past 3 years and my roommate is finally leaving me and moving to Las Vegas. Hoping I can find 1 or possibly 2 people to get a little better of a spot with as a lot of these studios/ 1 beds are kind of ehh.. right? The 2 beds and 3 beds if we have the same individual budget and combine are lot better. Anyway, I’m almost never home because I do Real Estate Sales and Rentals in Manhattan, and also usually hit the gym before coming home. I’m the kind of roommate that keeps his space clean, is respectful of others and their needs, and basically just uses his room to crash at the end of the day and sleep before doing it all over again the next day. Also, a very social easy going dude.
