I am a full time student at WSU Tech. I own and operate a lawn care service in the Derby area. I am looking for a room that I can rent to help lower my living expenses until I’m ready to buy a house in Derby. I enjoy exercising, learning, and playing the guitar! I pick up after myself, work well with children, and can always lend a hand for heavy lifting or some labor!
