My personality inspires laughter and a uplifting joyful spirit . I’m financially respected and a Veteran who is hygienic, adaptive & peaceful. I enjoy making home cooked meals, caring for my well-being, and minding my pathway. I don’t drink, party, and rarely invite guests over. I just want a safe, well kept, quiet, kid/truculent/bug/drug-free affordable place to live. (FYI: I’m not interested in living with a group of folks no more than 2) Meanwhile I’m taking my time and a {Month-Month or longer Flexible Lease} I’m applying, viewing and researching for my own residence, which is the ultimate goal.

My Ideal Room: Primary Ste/Studio style>Private entry/Lg Downstairs w/ensuite/WIC/nook {bills included w/refundable or waived security deposit}. Extra storage is a plus! (All request aren’t deal breakers, I’m open to address questions you may have)

Please answer ea ? not covered in your profile: Do you live on the property? Parking where? lock on door? extra Closet/Storage space? is it ok for a sm fridge in rm? Pet/Smoke-free? Hm Rules? How many ppl M/F & ages? How far>Walmart/Publix? Negotiate rent/deposit? TV apps included in bills>Netflix/Starz/YouTube TV/Prime etc?
