I am a licensed professional residential painter and small business owner looking to sell my home and use the proceeds for injection capital into my business for a franchise opportunity. After the sell of my home I would like to rent a room for approximately one year. Ideally, looking for something in the Landrum/Tryon area, as most of my customer base is repeat or referrals in the Taylors/Greer/Greenville area, and I have two children ages 10 & 12 that are with me part-time who live in Charlotte, NC, so Landrum/Tryon would be a good midway point. Ideally something on a farm or with acreage with a possible workshop area would be ideal. I was born and raised in Kentucky, before later moving to Ohio for college where I earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. I have an 8-yr old, well-behaved small dachshund mix who is house trained. I am very laid back, and enjoy quiet early mornings of reflection before starting my day, and usually turn in by 10 pm.
