I myself am personally not looking for a room at the moment but have a disabled elderly mother who needs a clean, stress free environment where she can live until I’m able to find more permanent arrangements. She has respiratory issues and uses an oxygen machine at most times and as such is eligible for a 40% discount on Electric utilities at any residence she lives at. She will mostly keep to herself and is currently in a living situation that is not supportive of her health condition and is in need of a bit of help.
