Hey there, I’m considering either moving back to Southern California now that I know that my job does not require me to be anywhere specific, or simply finding someplace more central in DFW.

I work remotely as a Marketing Coordinator, so quite a bit of my time is spent on my computer. I try to be quiet and respectful of other people’s property and schedules. I generally keep early morning hours for work.

I’m pretty easygoing and certainly responsible with bills and other important things. Just looking to find a safe, quiet place that I feel comfortable in (ideally with similarly easygoing and kind folks) while I continue to save for a down payment for my own place.

I’m open to a 6-mont arrangement to start, potentially longer, and I’m willing to sign a rental agreement if needed.
