Hello, My name is Kartik and I am interested to rent a property for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of an extension. I recently graduated with a Masters’s in Mechanical Engineering from TU Delft in the Netherlands and I was brought up in New Delhi, India. I am starting my job as a mechanical engineer at Boardwalk Robotics located in Zaragoza St in March. My hobbies include cooking, singing, and playing football apart from watching TV shows and playing video games. I am neat and tidy and cooperative, flexible and nonsmoker and I like silence (I will not create unnecessary noise). I do not have any pets with me. I would like to hang out with people occasionally over a cup of tea or dinner from time to time. It would be highly appreciated if you could give me a chance to be your tenant. I am currently in India but my friend stays in Pensacola and can come for a viewing.
