I’m moving to Fuquay at the end of this month, and am looking to rent a space. I travel for school and work, so I would prefer not to do the traditional year lease with an apartment. I am a 30 year old student and veteran, and I have two cats who are groomed daily and I keep their claws trimmed at all times. I am looking for a large master bedroom, preferably with its own bathroom. I don’t need a ton of space but I would be keeping my cats separate from the rest of the house because my oldest is a door dasher and I don’t want her to cause me or anyone I’m renting with unnecessary stress. So the need for a large bedroom is really for their comfort/ happiness. I can provide references for people I’ve rented from before and while I do drink occasionally, I’m not a fan of parties. I am moving to Fuquay to be closer to my partner, so I feel it’s important to mention I would want to be able to have him over a couple nights a week.
