I’m Rachel! I am a student at GW University and am looking for long-term housing starting around May 1st! I am hoping to move in by May 15th, as that is when I run out of my current housing agreement. I am a very clean and sociable person. I sleep around 11 pm on the weekdays and am out of my room around 8:30 am. I spend the majority of my studying outside of the house/apartment, so I don’t care about specific noise levels. I commonly will go out on the weekends, and don’t typically bring more than 1 person over at a time for gatherings. If my roommate wants to bring people over, they are more than welcome to! I love people. However, my boyfriend may be sleeping over once or twice a week. In my free time, I like to exercise, cook, paint, watch movies and shows, and be social. As I am a GW student, I am looking in Foggy Bottom. It is important to note that my parents will be paying (in full) for my housing, so co-signing information will have to be figured out.
