I am a single woman and I go hard with college, job and I am the single woman tend to get targeted and seen as a weakness sadly!! I moved out of my apartment the landlord decided I was going to be somebody she could bully and I don’t do that. Well I don’t bully people and I don’t want to be bullied. I’m a very kind person and I just want to be treated kind as well. I don’t bother bother anyone and I’m kind and I enjoy talking and socializing and if somebody wants to talk to me I am down for that but I don’t like to be bullied or miss treated. I think I mentioned that my bad. I pay my bills fast quickly and on time was even chastised at one point for being the first one on the first always pay my rent and when it wasn’t due till the fifth I had a horrible, horrible experience. Lol wow that text I still have it is haunting !! I just need really need a rm so that I can study work and continue paying off my one bill, then my next steppingstone to soon being approved for a mortgage first time mortgage. I have a plan and I have a Real estate broker this down for me and helping me, hopefully she’s very short timed, but will sign any lease that you may want as long as it’s within the ability of my doing and I will honor that no matter what and then after, so I will go and do what I need to do. I’m very honest and not forward and straight and I don’t treat people how I don’t want to be treated. It is such a big deal with me. I only want to be around someone that knows how to be humanistic and have the humanistic norms of life . Soon as I’m able to get my own mortgage. I have one debt and I am in the midst of paying it is not a big one. This will be short term or as fast as I can make it ,lol. I am a stickler about being clean so I will clean and I will clean my area and I will help all the way I have had roommates before when I owned my condo I know how to help and I know how to maintain a good relationship friendship hopefully it turns to be . I would appreciate it if there was some things included as far as utilities I’ve had the ability to rent a room out before and I understand the process and I understand how it goes . and I’d appreciate if you give me a try if you meet me , I can go anywhere , I own my own car and it’s in great shape. I can also help with rides if one needs one. I have two adult kids in their 20s, who may come by and say hello but not anytime soon, I’m just ready to be left alone at this point lol. I love my grown kids but they are grown and I just wanna do me at this point. I’ve been doing them for so long is time to do me. I am going to dwindle away lol I’ve given my kids everything and now it’s their turn to run with it and they are now I’m glad now it’s my turn to get me put back together, I am all the way together. I just really need a steppingstone to get to where I need to be. I will always be humble for someone that helped me. I’m again stating I have a plan going in for my first mortgage, buyer plan it would be really nice to be able to just have a room and I don’t bother anyone , I’m quiet , I’m prompt and I don’t lie ! I have two adult children that might stop by to say hello.
