Young professional (engineer) looking to to rent a place in east rock neighborhood of New Haven or something north of New Haven with a move in date of August 1st, 2026. I’d love to rent a room in a preexisting apartment or team up with someone to find a two bedroom!

I have experience living with a variety of roommates. Respectful of communal spaces and of others, and values communication. I’m looking for folks that don’t mind being quieter towards the nighttime as I get up earlier for work. I also like things to be on the cleaner side, but communal spaces don’t have to be perfect 100% of the time.

Off street parking is also a must for me.
