I’m a 40 year old single female with one friendly male cat who stays in my bedroom. I’m a psychology major and NSCS scholar. I am on Social Security disability, due to epilepsy and other issues. I have a steady and stable monthly income. My health is also stable and I’m slowly getting back into work; currently self employed as a digital creator. I’m a candle and soap maker (wanting to start my own home based small business); and I also do some freelance photography and writing. I’m a born and raised Floridian who relocated to Texas in 2021 and now I’m homeward bound. I am quiet, keep to myself introvert type, who likes my peace, privacy, and solitude. I respect other’s just the same. I don’t party (no smoking, no drugs, and very seldom do I have a drink). I don’t discriminate what others do (I prefer no drug addicts or severe alcoholics); so long as it doesn’t disturb the peace and late night hours. I’m LGBTQ friendly. I am responsible, clean, and organized. I enjoy a clean house too. I’m seeking a room share/private room for rent, furnished if possible. I have a car, so parking availability is required. If you have a room available or would like to split expenses for a rental, I’m looking at a budget range of $400 (possibly $450 max) a month (with electricity, water, etc included) as I’m getting back on my feet.
