Hey there. I keep it pretty low key- a mostly tired 31yo that wants to relax after a long day of work. My fur babe and I are a package. He’s very friendly, 2 yrs old & fully house broken. No cats or other dogs, preferably. He’s easily excitable, and we’ve been working on his training so it would helpful to maintain a calm space with no other animals (unless it’s another well trained dog that won’t be annoyed by him lol). Currently working 3-4x/week in Georgetown. Responsible and never late on rent. I enjoy being with Jasper (doggo) of course, paddleboarding, camping, biking, pretty much anything outdoors, reading, and winding down to a good show. Not a chef but I can cook and occasionally bake when it’s for someone I love! Returning back to a solid morning breathwork and meditation practice along with some journaling, so would prefer a roomie to be respectful of that as well.

Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and not too loud. Kinda done with the partying phase, and I’m now a tired grandma who likes to keep things chill with the occasional hang!

Also looking to room ASAP.. anywhere in the Arlington, Alexandria area, but open to going further out if needed. *There’s also the option of a shared 1 BR condo (you would take the living room as your “room”, and everything else would be shared. Female preferred.)
