Hi! I’m looking for a room to rent starting May, trying to find a place by July. My current roommate will be moving by then so hoping to find a new match. 🙂 My budget is 600-800 monthly. I have a 25lb dog. Other dogs are ok but no cats please. I’m respectful of quiet hours and clean. Aiming for somewhere around Spring Valley / Summerlin if within budget. LGBT and 420 friendly. Female roommate preferred but I’m open to otherwise. I do work from home right now but aiming to get a new in person job in the area once I’m moved. If you have any questions please ask or DM!
