I live in a 2 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath, 1 car garage duplex in North Blue Springs and am looking for a room mate to share it with. We would share the rent and utilities. It is a 2 story duplex with a den and 1/2 bath in the downstairs and upstairs are the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and full bath. So whoever rents would have their own bed room and a separate living room with 1/2 bath as well. A little about me, I am 53 years young. I am very neat and organized and allergic to drama.
