I am making this profile for my family friend in need. Her landlord is selling her home, so she needed to leave at the end of January. She had another place lined up to move to Feb 1st (today as I’m writing this) and the other landlord backed out just a few days prior. We think someone offered multiple months cash upfront. My friend Melissa is super friendly, and always pays rent on time! I am trying to help her find a room so she has some time to find her own place with her daughter. Her landlord is putting A LOT of pressure to get her out and she is scrambling. She does have a cat, but they will not leave the room/go outside. Looking for a kind soul to help very last second.
