I am my own security deposit. But dropping $1700 just to move in is ridiculous. Responsible, Working, Driven young man who has employment in the private security industry. I work full-time under the DOJ CA/DCA/Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. I am a State Licensed/County Permitted Armed Protection Officer & Agent with a National Security Service Provider, that being said I do own a firearm for protection. I am working onto going into Law Enforcement. I’ve passed multiple backgrounds with hospital, FBI, and the state along with fingerprinted. I would like to share with someone(s) a place/apartment/room or find a good place where I can sleep well, drama free, save money and not be antagonized or interrogated by a landlord. You also get free protection and security when I’m around haha.
